Description: Asiago was originally made only in northern Italy, near the town of Asiago. Its a hard aromatic cheese with a crumbly texture, with flavors reminiscent of sharp Cheddar and Parmesan. Asiago is granular, like Parmesan, but a bit more pungent in flavor.
