 | | Note: I love Roquefort, manchego, various goat cheeses, Polder, but this cheese, an appetizer at the ritzy Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, is the best I ever tasted. |

 | | Note:
71 pts - Wednesday, August 04, 2010 - color: mid-purple; nose: nothing, basically - tiny traces of blackberry - how sad!; taste: light-to-medium musty fruit, mushrooms, short-to-medium length sour finish with chalky tannins; overall: mediocre rendering of an Old World style, nothing to like and not worth buying again at any price, yellow card on Calvert Woodley for selling this wine! |
