A British wine merchant was busted for an elaborate fine wine scam. The Guardian Unlimited reported that Mayfair Cellars will have to cover up to 1.25GBP million for fine and rare wine that vanished under their supervision. It is believed that an employee resold the wine to other collectors. At this point, the merchants cellar is clearly in a state of chaos. (Be forwarned, this could easily happen in America!) And, it is really unfortunate for the man who called and asked for his two cases of Cheval Blanc - that is what tipped off the merchant. Alas, the British in a state of chaos - who could have imagined?
