Description: Cabecou Feuille is one of the smallest of French cheeses -- it is typically only about one ounce! It is a small disk of raw goat's milk from the plains of the Midi-Pyrenées region of France. The cheese is washed in prune eau-de-vie or brandy, wrapped in a chestnut leaf and dusted with a cracked black pepper. This cheese can be eaten fresh and it is creamy to crumbly, with a tangy and somewhat spicy flavor.
Description: An artisan cheese that is also low fat, only 20-40%. It is made from skim milk. It has a great grain and toasted nut flavors. Very wine friendly
