Ice Wine Wines sold at Schneider's of Capitol Hill
Produced from grapes that have been frozen, the wine is often sold in half bottles (375ml) - is unusually concentrated and highly acidic creating a sweet dessert wine. Ice Wine is made from Riesling, Seyval Blanc, and Cabernet Franc.
