Pouilly Fume Wines sold at New Hampshire State Liquor Commission
Pouilly Fume is an area of France's Loire region. These wines are smoky, hence the name, Fumée (French for "smoke"). Sauvignon Blanc is the sole grape for Pouilly Fume, producing tart, crisp and grassy wines.
